Restore TV Achieves BSI Inclusive Service Kitemark™

23 September 2025

Mova, through its Restore TV programme, is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Inclusive Service Kitemark™ (KM820677) by the British Standards Institution (BSI). This makes us the first organisation in the UK telecoms sector to achieve the standard, reinforcing our promise to deliver accessible and inclusive services for all viewers.

The Inclusive Service Kitemark™ recognises organisations that deliver fair, flexible, and inclusive services, particularly for people in vulnerable circumstances. For Restore TV, this reflects our commitment to supporting viewers whose free-to-view television may be affected by mobile service upgrades, ensuring they receive the help and guidance they need.

Recognition from BSI

“We’re delighted to announce that Mova has been awarded the Inclusive Service Kitemark™, a testament to how deeply they embody their CIRCLE values: Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, Commitment, Leadership, and Empathy. Organisations that truly understand consumer vulnerability, and respond with inclusive, flexible services are better equipped to meet the diverse needs of their customers. This approach empowers individuals to access essential information, make informed choices, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Mova’s certification reflects a commitment to supporting customers facing challenging circumstances, ensuring they receive the assistance they deserve.”
– Shahm Barhom, Group Product Certification Director at BSI

This recognition highlights that inclusion and support for vulnerable viewers are at the heart of Restore TV.

A Proud Milestone

Ben Roome, CEO of Mova, said:

“Achieving the Inclusive Service Kitemark™ is a proud milestone for Mova and our Restore TV programme. As the first in telecoms sector to meet the standard, it helps turn our vision into verified practice: innovation for all, with nobody left behind.”

Cassandra Pither, Head of Customer Service at Restore TV, added:

“Achieving the BSI Inclusive Service Kitemark was more than a goal – it was a personal mission. I wanted to ensure that every vulnerable person we support feels genuinely supported and understood. This recognition is a testament to the compassion, teamwork, and dedication we poured into every step of the journey.”

Looking Ahead

We’d like to thank BSI for their guidance during the assessment and certification process. This achievement motivates Mova and Restore TV to continue delivering inclusive, responsive, and compassionate service to all viewers.
