Experiencing TV interference with your free to view channels? We’re here to help

Have you recently experienced new interference with your free to view services – TV received through an aerial? There is a small chance this could be caused by mobile services being upgraded in your area. You may have received a postcard from us letting you know in advance.
Common signs of TV interference can include:
- Poor sound
- Blocky or pixilated images
- A ‘no signal’ message appearing on your screen
If this sounds familiar, don’t worry – you aren’t alone and there’s help available.
What’s causing the interference?
TV signal interference can happen for a variety of reasons. While there is a small change this could be caused by mobile services being upgraded in your area, other common causes include:
- Bad weather conditions
- Electrical interference from nearby devices
- Faulty aerials
- Damaged cables or loose connections
