If you are experiencing interference to your free to view TV, Restore TV can help. Restore TV fixes disruption to TV received through an aerial, such as Freeview, BT, TalkTalk and YouView, that is possible when mobile services are upgraded.
What has this got to do with you and your TV?
Some mobile broadband and TV services use similar airwaves
(e.g. radio frequencies) to reach us. The airwaves used by some mobile services were previously used for free to view TV. As a result, there is a small chance that your aerial, TV, or set-top box could struggle to receive a good TV signal when new mobile masts are activated nearby.
How can we help?
If you are responsible for your own aerial, we can send you a filter to fit yourself, free of charge. Full instructions are included and we can provide further advice online or by phone. In most instances, fitting the filter will resolve any TV interference. However, if it does not and you are eligible, we may be able to arrange for a Restore TV engineer to visit your home, at no cost. Terms and conditions apply; see our
Code of Service for further details.
